Thank you for shopping with The Rackateer! We want to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

1. Fulfillment Process
All orders are fulfilled by Printful, our trusted partner for production and shipping. Once your order is placed, Printful will handle the printing, packaging, and shipping directly to your address.

2. Shipping Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-7 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location and product availability. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the products in your order. We offer standard shipping options through Printful.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to most locations in Canada and the United States. If you’re located outside of these areas, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your order.
5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, sometimes shipping may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs processing, or postal service delays. Please allow extra time for your package to arrive if you’re experiencing any delays.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with Printful and the carrier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items once they’ve been shipped, but we’ll do our best to assist you.
